Corrections Policy
We correct errors promptly and visibly.
What we correct
- Factual errors (pricing, features, integrations, ratings, dates)
- Regulatory mis-statements (FDA clearance status, HIPAA/BAA availability, state licensing coverage)
- Clinical-evidence mischaracterisations (misquoted studies, misrepresented effect sizes)
- Broken external links or links that now point to defunct companies
How to report an error
Reach out via Stephan Kulik's LinkedIn (listed on the Imprint) with: (1) the page URL, (2) the specific claim you believe is wrong, (3) a source for the correct information if possible.
Turnaround
- Factual errors: corrected within 72 hours of confirmation.
- Regulatory errors (YMYL-critical): corrected within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Clinical-evidence corrections: reviewed by our clinical reviewer before publication; target ≤ 5 business days.
Correction disclosure
When a material correction is made, we add a visible note at the top of the affected page stating what was changed and when. Minor typos do not require a disclosure.
